Can anyone have the treatments offered?

You must be over 18 years old to have any of our treatments. As with most treatments, there are a few medical conditions that would stop us from performing the treatment. Our clinical practitioner will go through your patient medical consultation before your first treatment to ensure you are suitable. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the day of your treatment you will not be charged. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the day of your appointment will incur a charge equivalent to the treatment cost. 

What are your shipping costs for your products?

Great News! We offer free UK shipping. Shipping to all other locations will be an additional fee.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

As our main products are downloadable eBook PDF links received via email, you should receive the item within less than thirty minutes of purchase (providing payment has successfully been completed). However, some email providers do not deliver the email straight away. Wait for a couple or at least 24 hours and double check the email address you have provided. For all accessory purchases, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has processed, standard delivery to the UK will take approximately 7 business days to be received, and other locations will take approximately 2 weeks to be received.

Will I also receive a paper back copy eBook?

No. We only provide downloadable PDF files for all our programmes. We love planet Earth so we do not use paper for our products.

Can I use your programmes if I am pregnant or breast feeding?

To follow our eBooks, this all depends largely on what your current health and fitness level is, which trimester you're in and how you're generally feeling. However, when you're pregnant or breast feeding, you should always get advice from your Midwife or General Practitioner first. We do not perform any non-surgical treatments on pregnant women. 

Where does your product come from?

Our eBook programmes have been designed by the founders of Health Aura who hold qualifications in the specific fields. However, all of our physical products are shipped from our third party vendor.

I haven' received an email with my eBook guide?

Don't worry, sometimes email providers do not deliver the email. Wait for a couple or at least 24 hours and double check the email address you  provided. If you still have not received anything then email us at info@healthaura.co.uk  and we will resend you the email with your downloadable link.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Online we accept the following forms of payment: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay and PayPal. In our clinic, we also accept all major credit/debit cards as well as cash. 

Can I return or cancel my order? 

Unfortunately, due to the fact that our main products are downloadable eBooks, this essentially means all sales are final. Once your order is placed we are unable to issue any cancellations or refunds.
Additionally, as our accessories are being shipped from a third party vendor, once your order is placed we are unable to issue any cancellations unfortunately. However, in the unfortunate scenario where you have found you have received a faulty or defective item, we want to make things right! Please contact us at info@healthaura.co.uk  providing the following:

  • Photo/s or a video of the incorrect or defective item
  •  Order number

When sending the product back to us, it must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and any next steps if required. 
Please note we will only review such requests if notified within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days of receipt of your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

Can I change or cancel my appointment? 

You are able to change your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, however a cancellation will forfeit your deposit.

Why have I not received my refund? (If applicable)

If you have been given the option for a refund, please note it may take 7-10 business days before your refund appears on your bank statement. If you do not see your refund populate into your bank account, please contact your bank first. The time taken for your refund to be received is dependent on your bank and their policies’. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately.
